Büro Frequenz
Atelier Anjora
For the Berlin-based start-up Frequenz, we are designing the interior of their new office — a space that embodies the company’s values and culture. The workplace is envisioned as bright and airy, creating an atmosphere where employees feel comfortable and inspired to come to work.
Openness, transparency, and flexibility are at the core of our design approach. Glass partitions, open work zones, and shared spaces such as a lounge that can be used for both work and relaxation foster collaboration and connection. At the same time, dedicated areas for meetings, focused work, and quiet retreat ensure balance and functionality.
The design is not strictly tied to the current corporate identity, allowing for future brand evolution. Acoustic comfort, ample storage, and an inviting kitchen as a social hub play a key role in shaping the spatial experience.
A monochromatic color palette gives the office a calm, clear, and timeless atmosphere. In contrast, the meeting rooms feature immersive color schemes that stand out from the neutral overall look. This deliberate use of color creates visual tension, stimulates creativity, and highlights the distinct purpose of these spaces within the open and understated design concept.
