Info

This one-room apartment with a loft-style feel in Berlin’s Schlachtensee neighborhood combines spaciousness, functionality, and a clean, minimalist design. Located in the basement, the apartment opens up to the garden through large windows, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

During a comprehensive renovation of the mini apartment, the focus was deliberately placed on the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is the design highlight of the apartment: open-concept and finished in a light yellow tone, it brings lightness and warmth to the space and serves as a focal point. The bathroom follows a calmer, minimalist concept. A light, understated base is complemented by strategic yellow accents, creating a harmonious overall look. A vertical grid pattern in the built-in units further enhances the visual elongation of the space and lends it a modern character.

A well-thought-out storage concept for a studio apartment, featuring custom-made built-ins, ensures maximum functionality within a compact space. The apartment’s material palette is based on natural materials. Light wood and linoleum are complemented by white mosaic tiles in the bathroom. The result is a clearly structured, light-filled living concept that combines modern design with high practicality for everyday use.
