This project involves the renovation and refurbishment of a condominium as well as the redesign of the associated rooftop terrace. The apartment was completely gutted and comprehensively redesigned.
Among other additions, an outdoor kitchen was created on the rooftop terrace.All built-in furniture was specifically designed for this project and custom-made by Winterhager, a German-Mallorcan carpentry studio.
The material palette features a striking contrast between warm oak wood, cool microcement, and glass – resulting in a clean, minimalist design with high-quality details
