Finca Anjora
A new build villa in classic Mallorcan style with a 25-metre pool, located in rural Mallorca near the Tramuntana Mountains. The partly two-storey finca blends naturally into the sloping terrain.
Concept: Rooms arranged around a central atrium – usable as individual apartments or one large residence.
Our Contribution: Implementation planning and construction management.

SANTA CATALINA TOWNHOUSE
A three-storey townhouse with roof terrace and basement in the heart of Palma. The building integrates harmoniously into the Santa Catalina district, combining contemporary design with traditional Mallorcan elements.
Features: Natural stone base, wooden windows with traditional sun-shading panels, large folding window to garden, 25-metre pool and outdoor kitchen.
Layout: Living area with garden (ground floor), bedrooms (first floor), home office (second floor), roof terrace with views over Santa Catalina.
